Ridiculously overpriced and didn't do my will the way that I wanted it. She put things in my will that I said no to and she didn't seem like my lawyer as much as a conservacys lawyer.

My wife and I recently attended a seminar at the library in Maryville,TN. on estate planning put on by Leigh Cowden at Vermillion Law. We learned a lot about how to set up a trust to make life much easier for our children to navigate how to handle all the legal issues of our property and money after our passing. Having just a will does not eliminate a lot of legal issues that a trust can eliminate. We had no idea what we needed for an estate plan but after going to the workshop and having Ms. Cowden help us we now know our wills and power of our attorney are done right.

I was invited to a presentation on estate planning and Leigh did the presentation and I was quite impressed with the knowledge that I learned from this presentation. She was very professional and had a nice slideshow along with her speaking. I had no idea there was so much variation in different states about all the legalities involved. All of the people attending were given a free appointment for a personal consultation. My consult was with Natalie who also was very knowledgeable.
