Vermeda pressured me to vote for her preferred presidential candidate in 2020, would only recommend her practice if you like wasting your money and time on terrible 'therapy'
A close friend of mine saw this woman for therapy and as a therapist myself, I just have to say that I am totally disgusted by her actions as a clinician. Vermeda sounds extremely unethical, unsafe, and appears to do much more harm than good for clients. I would not recommend Vermeda as a therapist to anyone, point blank.
It's all about your willingness to make progress. That's the most important thing to keep in mind when going into therapy. Vermeda has done a wonderful job in guiding me through my current struggles. She is a great therapist especially if you're a college student. She's worked with me on detaching from bad eating habits like pasta and working on balancing my schedule/work time.
