Terrible experience - not suitable for larger house moves. They damaged several walls, arrived late, and became frustrated when it turned out two trips were required. When we asked them to handle our belongings with more care, they became rude and unprofessional, refusing to complete the second trip. They only accepted cash, provided no receipt, and overall were not aligned with the company's brand. Very disappointed.

Showed up in a truck to small so we ended up doing half the move ourselves. Charged more than what was quoted claiming it was “GST” since we wouldn’t pay cash but will not send an invoice. Broke our dryer and fridge, but says they are not broken the parts are just missing and will either be in our old or new house. Poor service regret choosing this company and we are now forced to pursue this further.

Good, reliable and prompt service and excellent communication. Very happy with the recent move they did for me esp appreciate the extra effort put in where some difficulty was encountered unexpectedly.
