A miserable excuse for an attorney. Very rude and unprofessional. Provided him every single detail he needed, still took months to complete the request and charged for unnecessary research. Then there were multiple errors - he charged for the time it took to point out his errors to him. He didn't have a bill available when the deeds were signed so then he refused to file them and decided he'd go through a third party to get payment which delayed the process even further.
