I am giving this business one star because of the poor customer service and because they were ultimately unable to fix my phone. My phone had water damage due to a crack in the screen. When I brought it in, I was told it would cost $65 to dry it out. When I returned later, the technician told me that if I went ahead and replaced both the front and back screens, he would waive the $65 drying fee. Based on that agreement, I approved the repairs. I brought my phone into this business not really knowing what was wrong with it. It turns out the screen was cracked even though I couldn’t see it. The service was excellent. They were so nice. They took my phone and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Steven and his family do the best job! If your phone is on the blink, you should definitely go see them.
