Terrible and very expensive experience. Verizon would not accept our current cell phone numbers. In the trial period waiting to find this out. Cost us so far $1,820 and scheduled to take out another $1,188 next month. My wife can not log back into her Verizon app to shut off auto pay. We never switched to Verizon but still getting billed. Terrible customer support!!!!
Company refused to answer my calls or doesn’t care about anyone or thing other than themselves. Bill me six months for a phone I returned and paid 54.50 to return and decided that four months would be fine to credit my account. Verizon is one of the worst providers to have a service with

Throughout the process, I was repeatedly transferred from one chatbot to... read more
I am an attorney representing an 80 year old widow that had a heart transplant. Verizon has been charging my client $30 a month since 2013 and it his not even her phone. Verizon prays on vulnerable senior citizens and I will be filing a lawsuit against Verizon to claw back all payments they have received since 2013 and for fraud asking for punitive damages. Let’s see what a Dallas County jury thinks. Shame on Verizon. Taking advantage of senior citizens. Is that really a good corporate citizen? A jury will deliver an answer.
