Im really pissed off they arent in eastern end of long island.. i cant friggin stand optimum….
Stay away from FIOS. Expensive and poor customer service; I just spent 1 HOUR on the phone with FIOS tech to correct caller ID. Brand new box. Sigh. Save yourself use Spectrum

Kind, attentive and very Technical.
Called customer service simply to switch my auto pay from one card to another. Only took 3 hrs and twenty mins. After speaking to the fifth person who told my I was all set I grew suspicious when she didn't ask for my three digit security #. I asked her "Don't you need it?" (The other 4 ppl I spoke to did.) She said "Nope, you're all set." Of course they took payment from the one card I wanted to change from.
