Arrived at the store at 2:45 to find a clock sign taped to the door with a time of return of 3:10 pm. I have never seen this at any other location and thought that was unprofessional of Verizon . I waited the 25 minutes and when it opened I walked into the store where only one customer support agent was available - he was unable to provide any real support or fix any issues and routed me to talk to Apple and call Verizon customer service, instead of looking into the issue of why my calls kept failing, etc. The most he did wa... read more
