I made an appointment but I waited more than 30min until someone came to the line to ask what we needed. Then send me to another store and didn’t want to receive the phones I had to return even when I had confirmed I could return the phones at this location. Feel bad also for all others waiting in line without anyone at the store just checking on us. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
The Verizon store in the Fair Oaks Mall is understaffed and woefully slow. Expect to waste at least 30 minutes in line waiting for 1 of the only 2 representatives working. The place looks like an Apple Store but certainly doesn't act like one. There appears to be no urgency to reduce the queue.
Hajer was very helpful with our experience at this Verizon. Even though they were about to close, she still helped us with what we needed until we finished.
Excellent service and support! Zack came up with a whole range of solutions for our cell phone / plans needs. Very friendly and professional, I highly recommend this store!
I came in looking to trade in and upgrade my phone, and Aj made the whole experience incredibly smooth. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through every step of the process and answer all of our questions. He made sure we understood all of our options and helped us find the best deal that fit our needs. The entire process felt easy and stress free thanks to him! Excellent customer service!
