I initially went to another Verizon authorized retailer to add cellular service to my son’s tablet. The representative completed the transaction, but the tablet still wouldn’t connect to the internet. We were told it just needed time to “cache” and that the connection would start working on its own. After leaving the store, we spent quite a while troubleshooting on our own, even driving around to rule out a signal issue. Adam was great and helpful
Worst customer service. Wanted to add a line to my plan. Waited in the line for over 30 minutes. There were 8 staff member and 4 of them was just sitting on their desk staring at the computer with no acknowledgement of the customer.
The people working there are not too interested in helping with Tech support, or don't know android systems..
