Verizon is a nice store to buy a new phone there nice people to help you they are open all day all afternoon and open to 7:00pm there nice people to see you
Good friendly customer service. They got me in and out quickly.
The staff provides good service, the internet is awesome.
Very poor customer service. Took advantage of our mom. She was eligible for a free phone and watch and they sold her a used watch instead of giving her the free one. Also she was not authorized to make any changes on the account yet they let her change her number. When confronted they did not acknowledge any responsibility. Returned phone and watch and still fighting with them for a refund. Go to any other Verizon store They are independently owned.
