Today 01/06/2026 my mother was in the Dumas Verizon store location and was denied customer service from the young gentleman on duty. My mother received a new phone for Christmas and needed help with the WhatsApp app on her phone. She was told "you didn't buy the phone from us so I can't help you!" WHAT????? I am scratching my head over this one. YOU ARE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. My mom has an account there and Verizon still gets their monthly payment from her. HOW CAN YOU NOT HELP HER!!!!
