Saved me from unnecessary repair - good knowledgeable staff
This Verizon location is an absolute joke. If you value your time, do not make an appointment here. I scheduled a visit during my lunch hour, checked in online and again in person 10 minutes early. First, I was told the wait would be over an hour. When I mentioned I had an appointment, I was suddenly told I’d be next. That was a lie. 1. The staff at this Verizon location were wonderful to work with and this review does not reflect their performance at all. We recently upgraded our phones with Verizon over Memorial Day weekend. Since the upgrade, many phone calls to my fiancé are being sent to a random other person on a completely different network (we spoke to the other person when I called).
