This Verizon location is an absolute joke. If you value your time, do not make an appointment here. I scheduled a visit during my lunch hour, checked in online and again in person 10 minutes early. First, I was told the wait would be over an hour. When I mentioned I had an appointment, I was suddenly told I’d be next. That was a lie.
