Isaach was absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond for his customers and if it’s not noted it should be now! Over the top amazing service I will drive 4 hours just to see Isaach! Clock it!
My son needed a new phone, and was eligible for an upgrade. Isaac was the epitome of customer service. He showed thoughtfulness, and was thorough in his care and expertise. He was also seamlessly able to help train a new employee and help others without taking away from our experience. I hope he got himself a nice breakfast and treated himself, he deserves it!
My husband and I went in right before close to get the new iphone and Anthony ended up upgrading both of us into new phones instead of rushing us out. My phone ended up having a major software issue and he promptly got me taken care of when I went back in a few days later. One of the best experiences I have had with a phone company.
I’d ask for Lenis Soto when you come into get a phone. Lenis went above and beyond today to help me with all of my phone service needs and I couldn’t be any more grateful! Thank you Lenis!!
