Andre was very helpful with my problem even though it was caused by another location.
Brought up an issue with a liquid screen protector and its cutomer service that this store sells to customers, it claims to cover your deductible up to a certain amount after doing research on this company a lot of reviews state that they basically give you the run around on claims and avoid paying claims at all cost , so I informed the associate of this and he acted totally disinterested and basically told me do what you have to do not my problem, so basically it seems Verizon dosent really care about there products they se... read more
So I went to this location because the representative via phone could not help me connect my brand new phones to the network after 2 hours of being on the phone. Andre, even while helping someone else upgrade their family phones, fixed my issues in little to no time. He was very helpful, courteous and honest. I definitely appreciate his expertise in fixing my issues with my 2 phones in a short period of time. I’m new to Verizon so as for now, I’m liking it 😁
We visited on Thursday, February 15th, 2024. We came in twice. First for information on finding a lost phone which was provided but the woman at the desk appeared annoyed we had even walked in the door and was short and extremely unfriendly. We returned to find out how to make an insurance claim and again were greeted in a cold manner and told to let her speak when we asked a question. Almost as if she had to say her script and had no idea how else to service customers. We will never return to that location.
