I have been a Verizon customer for many years, and I absolutely cannot overstate how fantastic Jeff was with getting me on the right track with my new phone. Glad I am doing business with Verizon and that's because of the fantastic service from Jeff.

This review is for Verizon Fios in general and not the store. I've moved 2 months ago and canceled my internet service the day I moved. Multiple phone calls and website chats later, I got a second bill piled on top of the first one, for a service I no longer use at a place I no longer live. Pick another ISP if you have one for your place, or plan to spend about 10 hours trying to cancel if and when you do.

Absolute clowns. Going on a week now of getting the run around trying to port my number into an existing account. Every time you call you get a different answer and still nothing changes. My old carrier said to have them call and do a 3 way call. I went to the store and got a cocky attitude and was told "I dont call other carriers", because why would they want to solve this week old problem. Just keep giving me different answers smd blaming the other carrier when they are clearly being uncooperative just for the fun of it. O... read more
