This is a collected review between multiple visits and phone calls. Im not going to use any names to give each of the gentlemen that i worked with me a second chance. They all should know my name by now how many time I called and came in. For the lady who helped me and humored me through posablities to fix my phone. Thank you for your kindness and help. I took on business cellular and internet gateway services. My address unfortunately had terrible connection so I attempted to return the gateway. I was told they couldn’t accept the return and I had to call in for the return. I called Verizon and was informed by the representative I had to go to a corporate store. I then went to the corporate store to do the return. The corporate store informed me I could not return device there but had to call customer service.
