Harry is a breath of fresh air in todays world. He genuinely cares and tgat showed and gave me confidence in the company he represents, Verizon. His knowledge was out standing. Speed at working Verizons very challenging system was unmatched. His personality awesome, time flew by while he worked on our list of enquiries. Very very professional. I suggest that you make Harry the manager of staff training. Could be more impressed with Harry. 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work Harry and Verizon.... take note and pay attention.

Turns out this store is Not Verizon you have to drive 40 miles round trip to Daytona. They gave us misinformation. We want to return a verizon router. They can’t take it. “Go to any fedex. They can scan it and box it label it to ship.” Went to fedex drop off at Walgreens Need to box and label it. Went to box and ship store Same thing. Called Verizon palm coast. Told to get to UPS AND ON AND ON ….
We have had Verizon for 13 years now best service and on 100 the conslutant Sam was very helpful an asset to the Version franchise he is so professional can’t say enough good about our experience with him
