I bought two new I Phone 17 Pro Max yesterday at Verizon 9 shining willow way Laplata. Very satisfied with my salesperson. (JORGE) he made the whole transaction easy and worry free. I complimented him and the rest of the staff for greeting customers as they entered the store by acknowledging them right away and telling them they would help them as soon as possible. The woman working today had a serious attitude. l was there to return a piece of equipment and she had an attitude from the start. She took the equipment, walked to the back, slammed the door and didn't say a word until I had to knock on the door to find her. Terrible employee, terrible attitude, terrible customer service.
I left Verizon, but this store actually answer all my questions and solved all my concerns I drove all way from waldorf because I kept getting the run around with my assurion protection and paying my last bill off. Alvaro was extremely helpful and polite even though I was a discontinued customer I drove all way to la plata because I couldn't get anything in waldorf Thanks for the great customer service !!!
My wife and I received award winning customer service from Jasmine. She was very professional, polite and informative. We upgraded from IPhone 11 Pro phones to IPhone 16 Pro phones. She had our phones up and working and our free IPad also with no loss of data or functionality! Thank you very much Jasmine for everything that you did for us!
