If it takes an hour plus to help one customer there should be more than one person working. Worker also told me I would have to wait to trade in my watch because the other customer was ‘actually buying a phone’. Poor customer service and business practice all around.
Chris helped me get my grandma a new phone, which inherently wasn’t an easy thing since her phone was locked out completely. He was she shining light through this process and helped get us to the finish line!

They're great at helping me setup my phone.
The lady at this Verizon was very helpful. She got us some phones. I enjoyed her. The only thing I didn't like was the government charge. And that was over a $100. We ended up paying double.
