They're great at helping me setup my phone.
The lady at this Verizon was very helpful. She got us some phones. I enjoyed her. The only thing I didn't like was the government charge. And that was over a $100. We ended up paying double.
In person 5 over the phone screw one over rate a -1000 overcharged, and still don't recommend veriozon
