Codey was great! Super helpful with the whole process!!
Codey was wonderful. He was much nicer and willing to explain things than I have ever experienced with regular Verizon customer service. My dad spent several hours on the phone with customer service, trying to get his new phone on the network, which they never got figured out. The next day, we went to see Codey, and he had the eSIM figured out and connected within 20 minutes of entering the store. Great service! Highly Recommend!

Had a great experience with the staff. After technical issues adding 3 new lines to my account Christa Marvin went above and beyond. She spend 6 hours in 2 days with us and several more on the phone she got the problem fixed. Very thankful for how helpful she was. Will return to them when I need anything else.
