Had to stop into the atore to pay my bill. I met Mike Liberti and he alqaya takes good care of me. I had gotten a new phone qnd needed to return my old phone which i forgot. He was able to assist me in calling the people to, so i could return the phone and not get my service turned off. Thank you for the wonderful cuatomwr service!
I must say my phone service is number one never had a problem since I switched over from T-Mobile 5 years ago im definitely a loyal customer if you want better service go to Verizon peace and love
Mike was excellent in helping with switching my daughter's phone to the same model as her other phone wasn't working right. He was professional and patient even when things weren't going smoothly. Definitely recommend him as a sales representative.
