Tyler was great. So far so good. Had questions about some features with the phone, switched up some setting and now all good to go.
This place is almost comical. DO NOT GO TO A TCC Verizon especially this one. They will sell you a phone, do not ask them anything besides that. The manager just watched as the employee said they are salesman and outside of that you need to do your own research on the internet.
I came in with a billing problem that balloon out of portions. Joel was working this particular day. He listened to my problem and was able to navigate it to a successful conclusion. I was in customer service in the trucking industry before retiring. In my humble opinion Joel's help was the epitome of customer service. Thank you Joel!
Michelle helped me out get a phone when mine quit and not even raise my monthly bill.
