We ordered new phones online and had them shipped to the store. When we got the notification that they were in, we went to the store to pick them up but were told we couldn't activate them without an appointment. So we set an appointment, which had to be a few days later at a father store. When we arrived for our appointment, a walk-in arrived right before us and we had to wait 45 minutes to be helped (and what about needing an appointment?!). Victor was very helpful. The district manager was in the store. She was polite and very knowledgeable of products offered and promotions. If you are looking for deals on new plans, new phones, just ready to start fresh, they're likely going to have a good deal to offer you.
