My experience at Verizon was a great one! Darryle was GREAT! He answered every question I had and assisted me in making sure I had everything that I needed. I have never been treated better at any other phone provider facility. His customer service alone will make me be a Verizon customer for ever!

I was told I would get 600$ credit for sig signing up with them and extra for trade in of a z3 never received any credits even after trade in on my phone
