Shady business practices. We were told that it was a requirement to buy insurance through Verizon or we couldn’t upgrade the phone. That was a lie. I called Verizon directly to remove the insurance and filed a complaint against the store.

Was in for a phone pickup and one of the two associates worked me in while helping another customer so I didn’t have to wait. Very helpful and easy to work with. Sometimes can be a bit slow but they are a first come first serve store.

On 9/18/25 at around 4PM my wife and I walked into the warrensburg Verizon store to ask some questions about my phone. Both my phone and my wife’s phone were older generation phones. After talking with a young lady about our phones, we decided to purchase new phones. The young lady by the name of Sammy was very helpful and explained the process of changing phones. Went in for a phone upgrade, and when asked if we’d like to set it up the new phone in store we said no but the worker decided to do it anyway, so I thought no big deal, then at the end of it she charges us 60 dollars for a set up fee, when no price was ever stated for something she did without taking the answer no.
