I went in today to just ask the manager, GRANT, for advice on switching from an android to an iPhone and as always he is so patient and never minds answering my "dumb" questions. Not only did he help me make the decision to switch, he also assisted in getting me a loyalty discount as I have been with Verizon for 24 years! Reps like GRANT are the reason I STAY with Verizon! He deserves a BIG SHOUT OUT for being awesome! Go see GRANT @ Navy Blvd location in Pensacola...you won't regret it!!!
Service priority is ruining Verizon absolutely useless no signal when I pay 70$ a month
I went in for a trade in, after my charging port stopped working. Grant, the manager, was able to help us out super quickly! Very friendly and efficient service. Definitely recommend this location. I was able to walk out with a new phone without any issues.
