Walked in the door got immediate service. Told the salesman what we wanted. He broke down our bill. Showed us what the new phone and other services would cost. Showed us the new bill before I signed. Perfect place to do business. Had a bad experience at the other verizon in Warsaw. Will only do business here from now on.
Gentlemen on sight got me a stellar deal on an upgrade, and set up my new phone in a dazzling amount of time. Outlined my options quickly and professionally, while maintaining a friendly and relaxed vibe, perfect for helping sort through that choice paralyzes when shopping for new phones. Five stars, highly recommend!
We had an issue with our autopay on our prepaid plan. We first went to the Syracuse Verizon and left totally frustrated. They said they couldn't help us. There were 2 employees and we were the only customers. Then we went to this Verizon store and were greeted by Jonas. Hallelujah! This young man took the time to figure out what the issue was. Problem solved. Couldn't be more pleased with the help Jonas gave us. I hope Verizon realizes what an asset he is.
