2 stars, because the store is clean. Otherwise, WHY do they only have 1 single employeeworking at a time? Every time I come here, I have to wait for that 1 employee to see me. If there is ALWAYS a wait, no matter what day or time, take it as a hint that you need to hire more employees. At the very least, there should be 2 people available.
They pretended they can't take a phone drop off and that I had to go clear across town. It's literally a Verizon place, how can you not handle Verizon business? That doesn't sound right.
