So far been there twice, waited over an hour and a single staff member helping one person no acknowledgement and no end in site....we left!
Destiny and Michael are both willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Their integrity is outstanding. Verizon customer service was leaving a bad taste In my mouth and the two of them have helped me greatly. Definitely recommend going to see them. They get the job done!
I just recently had to get a new phone. Destiny was the girl that helped me. I'm not too smart phone savvy so she set my phone up for me, loading contacts and pictures. She didn't stop until she got everything in my new phone. She is so intelligent and so very kind. I hope you keep her a long time. She's the greatest.
