Just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Verizon! Leo gave me the worst vibes ever and Jeremy wasnt paying attention. He wouldn't even attempt to see if they would use my warranty. Would have happily paid my insurance deductible if we tried the warranty first but he was too lazy. When I said I would try to Do it myself he mumbled something rude under his breath. Im a 10 year customer with 6 lines. There are good customer service people in other stores. Just go somewhere else if you can.
We went to Verizon in Canandaigua today and were so pleasantly impressed with our sales consultant Alex. The customer service we were provided is nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend Alex if you need assistance with you Verizon phone. His patience and explanation was so appreciated. Thank you so much Alex.
I recently purchased an iPhone 16 (replacing my ios 11) and asked Jeremy if my daughter brought it today could he transfer my data and complete the transaction within an hour. Which is a big ask, in my opinion. Not only was Jeremy successful in completing the task within the hour, he did so within 20 minutes.. On top of that, he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He setup my new phone and transferred everything correctly with no issues. Thank you so much Jeremy - it was a seamless process! I will definitely be back!
