I recently purchased an iPhone 16 (replacing my ios 11) and asked Jeremy if my daughter brought it today could he transfer my data and complete the transaction within an hour. Which is a big ask, in my opinion. Not only was Jeremy successful in completing the task within the hour, he did so within 20 minutes.. On top of that, he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He setup my new phone and transferred everything correctly with no issues. Thank you so much Jeremy - it was a seamless process! I will definitely be back!

I came here to switch phone lines and was connected with Jalen at the Canandaigua location. This man was the epitome of professionalism and personability. He was jovial, kind, and diligent in helping us with our issue. He solved our problem promptly, and we had a good time laughing through the whole process. Employees like him are the reason why I keep using Verizon. Fantastic man, fantastic services, I'm definitely coming back here and asking for him if at all possible when I go to upgrade my phone! :)
