The wait was lengthy, as was to be expected, there was only two people in the store to handle the customers and it was enough of a trickle in to keep the line healthy. That said once you got to one of the representatives it was a snap, and they were both excellent and knowledgeable. Heather was terrific, great personality and sense of humor. I am very enamored of my s25 Plus and look forward to many happy times with it
