What I've never had is an associate tell me he couldn't do my upgrade because the store closed in thirty minutes! I walked in this store at 6:30 attempting to upgrade my phone. The sales associate, (Lajarius Bryant) looked at his watch and told me the store closes at 7 and he couldn't do it! If you don't want my money, just say that! They had not one customer in the store. With this type of customer service, I can see why!

Schedule more than two employees, and train the two on the clock to put some hustle in their step.

I will be canceling this account because of the epic inconvenience. I’ve had service 2 months. The account must be registered im guessing in order to be blue o the bill. There needs to be a link sent to phone, but that has problems, so no luck. Can’t just call to make payment, system doesn’t accept the payment. Last month I had to spend 2 hours in the store. By Monday if I can’t call and make a payment I will e canceling service. Not worth the time it takes to work unpaid to have Verizon’s service.
