I came in with my phone not making or receiving calls. Phelicity and Aaliyah were very knowledgeable and helped me get my phone working again. I will be back!
Came in this morning to upgrade my iPhone and Tony was fantastic! Made the process smooth and easy. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Decided to come back same day to upgrade my kids’ phones, too. Just crushed it! And because of the Black Friday deals, was able to get Apple Watches and iPads, too. It was a great deal, and Tony made a lengthy-ish process enjoyable.
Tony and Tenisha were absolutely THE BEST! Their customer service skills were amazing. They worked hard to get me the best deal possible after losing my phone and I came away saving $$. What an asset to your team.
