Akino was great! He helped me upgrade my old phone and get into a new Samsung and brought all my old data over!
Promises/services/appointments not kept. This is an authorized dealer for Verizon, but not a Verizon store. Switched to full Verizon store in Lakewood where they went above and beyond.
Had a great experience here today with Gabe helping me get a new phone. He was very patient and able to get me in and out of the store quickly. Thank you Gabe!
Went in a couple times and Gabe helped both times with an esim transfer. He was very friendly and personable. Will be back for all my verzion needs.
