Got charged sales tax 80 bucks- my phone hasn’t even arrived and it’s been a week.
If a zero was a choice that would be my rating. What an arrogant, pompous, unprofessional staff. Ended up going to the Commerce store on Union Lake Rd and had a great, professional experience. Maybe some fundamental training in business acumen would be of value for the White Lake store. Avoid the White Lake store like the plague.

Dave is the greatest coustmer service I highly recommend this Verizon store, he helped with a new phone got my brother on my plan my passed away over 1yr half so we kept my mom's phone number for him,Dave helped with new phone explained everything about the phone ,case,charger,new bill amount my brother was very happy with all questions answered thank you Dave for all your knowledge help with us today,thank you again I will tell everyone to go see you for there phone service .I know I will be seeing you for a upgrade.this re... read more
So disappointed that this store locked the doors during business hours while the outage was ongoing. Would have appreciated some personal customer service during this time. I will be using another Verizon store for future purchases and support.
