Stopped in the Burlington store with questions and received excellent answers. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and offered honest advice. The Burlington store has long been a place we trust to walk into.
I just want Verizon to know that they have an exemplary employee. Nathan is simply the best. He is kind, patient and calm. He worked by himself this Sunday and helped our family of 5 get our new phones and helped with our plan. Every time someone came into the store he greeted them with kindness, treated every single person with dignity and respect. Let them know he was with someone but will be with them shortly. Lost service two lines. Spent over an hour with "Support" getting no where. Finally escalated to higher Support level and fixed in about 5 minutes. Poor training, poor response. Looking for a different provider after more than 20 years a customer.
Nathan is a great salesman. Super professional and friendly, wants the best for his customers with the best product deals, he genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they are satisfied with their service before they leave! Highly recommend this location for Nathan
