He explained my options, checked for promotional deals for every line on my account, and answered all my questions. As he transferred the data from the old phone to the new one, he helped multiple other customers but remained vigilant to my update. I felt Dustin valued my time which was truly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.
