I don't leave reviews but the blonde lady here was so rude and deceitful I felt compelled. She told me the unlocked phone I brought in was broken after I spent 4 hours at Wal-Mart trying to get a line set up. They told me to go to this verizon store. When I get there she was busy and had me wait for twenty minutes before assisting. She quickly glanced through some solutions before assuming wrongfully that the antenna in my phone was broken. As always with Cell phone stores.... Always a wait, only One employee and 6 Customers. I left, went shopping, came back and still waited another 10 minutes and the girl still couldn't fix my phone!!🤦♀️ Oh well, off to do a Factory Reset on a 3 Month Old Phone......
Mike, the regional manager, is the absolute BEST in customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, amazingly helpful, and fantastic attitude.
Upgraded our Samsung phones here. Mike was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable in setting up our phones and available Verizon services. Answered all our questions from the beginning to after the sale. Would definitely recommend him for sales and assistance.
