Spencer helped me out, great customer service, quick and painless process and made everything go smoothly
Sky was not friendly. Doesnt seem like he likes his job.. No introduction to welcome us until we introduced our selves mid coversation that we started .My wife had come in a said happy Friday and no reaction. Didn't even try to give us any other option when we had told him why we where there and misunderstood the offer we had. We are actually verizon customers. Im Not mad just warning if your expecting a friendly informative person to help you I dont recommend Sky. Just in my opinion.
