Good experience and friendly staff. They were having internet issues that morning but both staff members were patient and pleasant all things considered.
I was having multiple issues with my old carrier, so decided to switch to Verizon. Talked with Spencer on the first day great guy. When I returned the next day to make the switch that's when Spencer really came thru. My old carrier made it very difficult to switch. Spencer spent many hours with us and didn't miss a beat.
