The young gentleman name Jake was the best he researched uogrades for my current plan and phone. Showed me what phones I could get and what plans worked well with said phone. I did not come to purchase a phone I justed wanted to get my phone signal to work well in the area I moved to. But i did purchase a phone from him and from start to finish was very satisfied with the service he provided. Check Jake out at the Delaware Ave location in Buffalo....
