The young lady who served me was polite, competent, and patient.
Horrible customer service. I walked in and saw 2 agents helping customers. That is fine. However, after about 15 minutes i see a staff member come on the floor and grab drinks etc and stuff. He left for the day. I initially came in to pay my bill and see about adding a line and ipad. That agent could have easily taken my bill payment before leaving. He chose not to. I continued to wait. After going to the other Verizon in Tonawanda 3 times with their open times wrong online I went to this location to drop off my router and the guy working was so nice. He was working alone and had people waiting. I left my router and got the email receipt shortly afterwards. Thanks to the lone worker there! I appreciate you! Hope you weren't working all day by yourself!
