After going to the other Verizon in Tonawanda 3 times with their open times wrong online I went to this location to drop off my router and the guy working was so nice. He was working alone and had people waiting. I left my router and got the email receipt shortly afterwards. Thanks to the lone worker there! I appreciate you! Hope you weren't working all day by yourself!

After waiting on hold for extremely long wait w/Verizon cust svc due to TV issue, we were told that local Verizon store would have our equipment we needed. They did not, but were told "we rcv shipments every other day" so they took info, said they'd call us. It's been almost 3 wks, we've called 3 times - have not rcv'd any calls back for left msgs, nor any on info regarding when exactly item we're supposed to be picking up, at no charge, will actually be available for pickup.
