Dylan is absolutely amazing. After a bad 5 hour experience in the Rensselaer Verizon we came into here and he got everything situated and fixed. What an absolute pleasurable experience with him! Thank you Dylan!
Super quick and easy to switch my number between phones. Knowledgeable staff, especially Robert.
Sales Rep Robert was outstanding!! he truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best plan and deals! Extremely personable! He took his time answering all of our questions!! Thank you Robert for your patience with us!!! Great experience!!!
From start to finish the best experience I have had at any Verizon store. Dylan walked me through all my options quickly and clearly. Then he helped me with my decision. And made the data transfer quick and seamless. And he was fun to talk to while we waited for the download. Thank you Dylan!
Went in for wifi and all of those guys were all kind and outgoing. Great location
