I was randomly contacted by a sales person and he straight out lied to me and said I had recently been in the Tucson location. My wife and I haven’t lived in Tucson in three years. I have no idea how he got my phone number except for it being a Verizon number and my wife recently called from my number to try to straighten out something with her phone and it’s possible that that’s how. Enjoy your one star for harassing me.

Refused to serve us when they were still open. They had an hour left before closing; it’s not like we walked 5 mins before close. Think it’s time to switch to AT&T.
Just wanted to pay my bill. Tried online but wouldn't accept my payment. Could not find a customer service phone number. Finally was connected to someone through the chat option who was very hard to understand and sounded like she was outside where there was many people talking. She was unable to help and I was transferred twice. After about an hour, I was told I could not pay by cc. Had to be a check. This made no sense as I had made cc payments in the past.
