No customer service for pre paid . And they don't tell you that . They've had my account messed up for over a year now I bought a new phone a Verizon phone and Verizon seller didn't tell me it was a locked phone now I'm locked in between two phones Verizon sold us out to China they don't care about America they it's all about the money now go to AT&t another China China sell out but they're better service at least they respond to you when you text them they've had my account screwed up for over a year and I can't get it righ... read more
