so many reasons to not come to this ripoff verizon contractor store, they charge setup fees and restocking fees on returns, just go to an actual verizon corporate store they don't charge any of these fees

Allison was so helpful with my issue this evening! She was friendly, fast, knowledgable and did it all with a smile and a good attitude. She deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with Reuben was not so pleasant. <1 star. I approached him first with my issue today and I was met with zero solutions, an unpleasant attitude, and he even walked out of the building as I was on call with customer service, causing Allison to swoop over and help me. I am grateful she did!

One hour before close, my boyfriend needed a new phone before the work week. When we got to Verizon, two employees were swamped with customers, five people in line (including us). Jesus greeted us and told us about the line. Joshua later would offer us all water and thank us for our patience. All customers were helped within an hour. Both men were very appreciative of our patience and got us out of there with an affordable phone plan.
