The staff members are generous and very helpful people.
Had their service few years back, decided to give it another shot and regret it ever since. I never had a contract always use my paid off phone, got my first bill for $113 and the service had been and still is horrible in my home area. This isn't for this store specifically this is for Verizon as whole, Verizon is the most useless and unhelpful carrier I have ever had contact with, I left them and now my brother is too because they can't even link the phone number they gave him to his account, so now he can't pay his bill because it's an unrecognized number..that they gave him. Horrible attitude and will not honor anything on what is supposed to be given for phone trade in. Avoid this place they will take like new phones and not apply amount awarded leaving the customer to pay full price for new devices. If anyone else is going thru this issue file a complaint with the district attorney for Denver.
so many reasons to not come to this ripoff verizon contractor store, they charge setup fees and restocking fees on returns, just go to an actual verizon corporate store they don't charge any of these fees
