Tori helped us upgrade all the account last month. This month I returned the phones. She explained how this would benefit my bill. Explained how to keep my battery safe for years as we hang onto phones. Very informative and made my decision an easy one. Lowered the bill and kept my mind at ease while answering my kids questions.
They couldn't help me with my voicemails because I'm not on the account. Felt like I wasted a trip but Tori explained why it's best for my son in laws safety. He is going to add me from Boston and I'll buy a new phone because this is old ok
