Very disappointed, we were very excited to start using the new one talk feature and a Verizon desk phone for our office and the sales representative was very unresponsive after the sale and we have waited for our service to be properly working for over a month, with little to no response. After saying he started the porting process multiple times I called customer service 800 number to cancel service and I am told the port was never started.
