This review is for the company as a whole. They will not allow us to do automatic payments— they keep saying it’s the bank’s fault but when we get them on a 3-way call they hang up on us because they KNOW it’s their own fault and they don’t want to fix it. Automatic payments save you money fyi, which means they’re stealing money from us monthly by not allowing us on automatic payments.
