I went in for a new phone and Mike helped me out. I should have stayed with the Samsung Gallaxy. I ended up with the Google pixel and had a very difficult operating it. I took it back and Mike got me back into the Gallaxy. I was more than frustrated and he handled it like a champ. Very laid back and professional. I really appreciated his help!

I stopped into the Verizon store to ask some questions about my cell phone. Jay Shapiro greeted me at the door. He was extremely easy to communicate with and answered my questions. My phone was old, so he suggested I invest in a new phone. The process was completed in 20 mins. Jay was kind enough to go to my vehicle and connect my phone to Bluetooth. The next day he did a follow-up by text, to see if I needed any assistance with my phone. His professionalism and knowledge was much appreciated!
