I stopped into the Verizon store to ask some questions about my cell phone. Jay Shapiro greeted me at the door. He was extremely easy to communicate with and answered my questions. My phone was old, so he suggested I invest in a new phone. The process was completed in 20 mins. Jay was kind enough to go to my vehicle and connect my phone to Bluetooth. The next day he did a follow-up by text, to see if I needed any assistance with my phone. His professionalism and knowledge was much appreciated!

I went in to talk to someone about my phone and did not have an appointment. A gentleman was leaving and said, "sit here, this is Ed, he is the best." WOW! WOW! WOW! Ed was and has been amazing! He not only helped both my husband and I get new phones, which we needed (there were many special offers available to us), he also helped us get rid of the internet services we had at our house (which we have loathed for five years now) and get set up with Verizon internet, and finally, helped us save over $100/month. Stephanie was the greatest. She went above and beyond to help me with a relatives phone he is a disabled vet. I just started taking care of him and he wasn’t able to use his phone. She had done all of the steps to get to the bottom of the issue a level three business account. She wasn’t giving up. She strategically thought of everything to figure out why? I went to a fix my phone place and other Verizon stores but after dealing with all of the others this store I would recommend and only use this one as they do it right.
