Verizon’s employee Bayard was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about products and accessories for my phone and others on my account. I highly recommend him and this location for great service.
Been a Verizon customer for so long I can’t even remember. Every time I go here for help the store is dirty, dingy and dark and not well put together what so ever. Staff is always lacking professionalism and un engaging. Went there today as I am up for up grade but before I did I went to T Mobile to just see what there offer. T T Mobile store in Sumner is clean and well you just seem to get more from them in all aspects. Ronie went above and beyond helping me understand my Business Account bill. I was quoted a lower price and didn’t understand how to find the bill breakdown. This was my second bill. Ronie explained my package, the costs and discounts I did qualify for. She took all the time necessary to answer all my questions and concerns. Ronie you’re the Best!! She is my go to Version person from now on!
Both Rani and Matt provided excellent service! Able to compare iPhone models and prices, choose the one which they then ordered, called me it arrived and helped transfer data and apps from my old phone. Definitely will go there again if I need help with a device which uses Verizon!
