Helpful, knowledgeable employees! The salesman helped me find a new phone and was patient answering all my questions
Update! Had to get a new phone rep tells me there's a promotion and im eligible for a free phone with plan upgrade but my bill will end up the same. Total lies! I had go call Verizon to get stuff taken off and im still paying $30 more. Don't trust them! Ill be up to complain in person!
