Update! Had to get a new phone rep tells me there's a promotion and im eligible for a free phone with plan upgrade but my bill will end up the same. Total lies! I had go call Verizon to get stuff taken off and im still paying $30 more. Don't trust them! Ill be up to complain in person!
Justin and nick were amazing! They went thru my account and made sure I got a good deal ended up only paying 300 bucks for a brand new iPhone 16 instead of over 1000! They're the best!
Customer service at this location are not helpful, mostly Doug, he do not have any patience to listen to a client.
