I’ve had nothing but trouble from Verizon in the last 21 years I talked to him for the last two months they say I was supposed to get a new iPhone 16 Pro Max 256 GB as supposed to get it for you give me $1000 trade-in on my phone And then ended up telling me that there was $200 difference and then I get an email said that the phone is gonna be $36 a month and they’ll give me $600 trade-in so yeah and then I talked to two different supervisors last night so one of them supposedly they’re supposed to call me back in 3 to 5 day... read more

Worst experience in this place. They're was a guy and a girl there. I was with a group of friends that only speak in Spanish, she kept talking to her coworker in english . Very Rude, I understood my friends didn't. They were the clients. The staff didn't want to help, so only stated they couldn't. This place gave Verizon a bad name.
